The quest giver will first ask you to take a picture of him using the camera function. If you are on Xbox controller, hold the start button until the camera function comes up. Soon as you take the correct picture, he will give an exclamation mark, and have dialogue. Next, go to Nagua caves by heading outside of the village into Langao Mountains. Go to B4 as indicated on your map. You are looking for a Robber Rabbit but it will be called "Robber Rabbit?" hiding behind a rock in the corner. Take a picture of it, then report back to the quest giver for your reward.
