To get this quest you must complete a small quest for the Princess whom is upstairs first. After accepting you will get a instant teleport to Zama Pass. Once there, go to the south side of Zama Beacon Town to find a afro wearing ogre standing guard named Janga. Speak with him for a cutscene. Now head to the Paladin Monument in C7 to hunt Drag Racers, which is the blue dragon looking enemies. Hunt them until the Key Item you need drops. Return to Zama Beacon once you have it. Return to Janga. A cutscene will play. You will be rewarded.
