- Reward : Experience, Fame, Sun Gold Hair Dye unlocked.
After accepting the quest, you need to find Parched Peckerals here in this area, they look like big ostriches. Their is alot at E4 but otherwise, all over the desert. Once you have the item drop from them, return to the quest giver for your reward.
