Walkthrough
- Talk to Meg on the 1st floor of Celed High Church
- Go to D-8 in Celedot Mountain Pass and take a picture of Kottso (the Dwarf)
- Make sure you received a key item and following dialogue from Kottso after taking a picture
- Go back to Meg to finish the quest
