Speak to Fuffupu in the town of Orphea to begin this quest. He's located at F4, in a house near the church. He needs your assistance in order to repair the town's famous Big Horn. In order to do this, you'll need to get Pom Pom Oil (ポムポムオイル) which drops from Discombombulators (ポムポムボム) in the [[Underground Lake Cave]] (地底湖の洞くつ) on the [[Wena Islands]].
