Similar to other MMOs or the rest of the series, Dragon Quest X has a handful amount of Superbosses added through some of the later versions, unlike the average bosses available through the main story, these require strategy and make the most use of all the vocations available. To make the entry point more easy for new players getting into these bosses, most of these have different levels of difficulty between I through V.
===Version 3: Everdark War (常闇の聖戦) ===
The Everdark War consist on endgame content where you fight against powerful bosses inhabiting Nadragand, as soon as you start v3.1 you can locate one of these bosses, but, before being able to fight, the corresponding NPC asks you to obtain at least 5 Dragonite fangs before you fight.

** There's also a really small chance to get one of the unique accesories that can be crafted with Regnalite from any of the three bosses (Dark Eye, Dark Glasses, Nereus Mask)
