Requirements: Completion of Quest 197 - The Curse of Battle
* Quest Giver: Guran
* Location: Langao ChiefsVillage - Chief's House
* Target : Revenge Ogre
* Initial Reward : Red Orb, Experience, Fame.
Exp/Fame: 49100P / 137P
* Upon Arrival, an event will occur before you can receive the quest, once you receive the quest you are asked to bring back 1 Superior Medicine and 1 Softwort
After accepting the quest, you need to go and bring back, 1 Super Medicine, and 1 Softwort. Both can either be found as drops or bought from the bazaar, though Super Medicine tends to drop in later versions. Return to the quest giver once you obtain them. After the cutscene, head to the Village Arena at the north end of the village for a fight. After the cutscenes return to the Village Chiefs house to be rewarded.
::If you are not a Trial player, this can be easily purchased off of the Bazaar, otherwise you will have to grind the drops from Aloe Oni in Kirika Meadow for the Superior Medicine, and the Softworts from Rhino Soldiers in Oresco Highlands, It's recommended to do this as a thief as they have a chance to steal said items off off these enemies
* Upon bringing said items, an event will once again occur, and you will be told to go to the Village Battlefield, which will once again start an event and start a boss fight.
::This Boss has two skills that raises his tension. It is highly recommended to bring a Claw user or a Sage with you to prevent him from making use of it.
* After the battle, an Event will occur.
* Upon returning to the Chiefs House, report to Guran to Receive your rewards.

of initiative, and low willingness to get things done, but the worst crime being, accepting whatever Square-Enix gives to us, instead of being vocal about it and setting up massive campaigns to get not only DQX over here, but other wanted DQ titles as well. I myself have tried but one man can only do so much. So I hope by doing many entries of quests for the community, some true DQ Fans will take notice and help support the work, not just for this wiki, but to help Serany, and to tell more fans of the series about this wiki and the new tools
