Walkthrough
- Head to Windmill Way (風車の丘) and use the Thief's Key (Clear Quest 37 if you have not gotten the key yet.) to unlock the gate at G6.

- Enter the well at H7 and speak to Holy Messenger Kilpappo (聖使者キルパッポ) to receive the quest.
- You must defeat Scarab Kings (スカラベキング) until they drop the Goddess Purple Gem (女神の紫光石). The closest location to find them will be around F3 on Windmill Way.
- Return and speak to Kilpappo to complete the quest.
NOTE: You can receive the next level cap quest once you reach level 71.
