* Head to F-4 of [[Gatara Wilderness]] and run to the green dot on the map, which is Delcroix Institute
* Interact with the blue portal and talk to the chest of drawers at the end of the cave on the right
* You will need to slay Skull Garoos and Gachakokko until you obtain the quest items from them. Skull Garoos (look like Kangaroos with skulls in their hands) can be found around E-2/E-3 and Gachakokkos (metal birds) can also be found in E-2/E-3. Continue killing these monsters until they drop all of the quest items you need
* You will also need to purchase a book of monsters. You can find this item by heading to any Tavern and going downstairs where the Slime sign is. Talk to the tool vendor and purchase any book that has a picture of a gear on a book (examine the item to see the picture)
* Head back to F-4 of [[Gatara Wilderness]] and turn the quest in to the
