• Location: Wind Town Azlan-Bamboo Hut
• Target  : Liquid Soap Slime
• Reward  : Experience, Fame, 3 Large Bonus Balls, Ability to collect Seals from Special Monsters.

So after talking with the quest giver, simply go into the Inn and enter the Hot Spring, you should see the target you need in the corner near the bath. Talk to it, then return to the Quest Giver and you are done.
