Walkthrough
- Go to Mereade's Room in True Ethene Village (B3), and talk to Mereade. She will give you a "Cat Bag" (Key Item), which you can use to collect cats in True Ethene Village.
- You have to bring a cat to Mereade. In order to do so, go outside and use the Cat Bag anywhere in True Ethene Village (Key Items > Cat Bag > Catch Cat > Cheap Food).
- Once you catch a cat, go back to Mereade and talk to her to finish the quest. Doing so will unlock the cat collecting feature in Ethene Village.
