• Talk to Shirotsume on the 2nd Floor (D5) in the station to receive the quest
• Talk to Meyrin in the Alchemy guild in Port Town Lendor - North
• Talk to Pita Pita in front of the church in Port Town Lendor - North
• Talk to Director Sugimu at the Ship Management Bureau in Port Town Lendor - South
• Talk to Chagana in Port Town Lendor - South at D6
• Talk to the Mayor in the Mayors office on the 1st floor or Port Town Lendor's Station
• Talk to Lily Anne in Port Town Lendor - North (G6) to Obtain the Lily Anne Bag
• Return to the station and report to Shirotsume for the rest of your rewards.
