- Talk to Meyrin in the Alchemy guild in Port Town Lendor - North
- Talk to Pita Pita in front of the church in Port Town Lendor - North
- Talk to Director Sugimu at the Ship Management Bureau in Port Town Lendor - South
- Talk to Chagana in Port Town Lendor - South at D6
- Talk to the Mayor in the Mayors office on the 1st floor or Port Town Lendor's Station
- Talk to Lily Anne in Port Town Lendor - North (G6) to Obtain the Lily Anne Bag
- Return to the station and report to Shirotsume for the rest of your rewards.
