* Talk to Shirotsume on the 2nd Floor (D5) in the station to receive the quest
After accepting the quest, go to Port Lendor North, head to the Pot Alchemy guild and speak with Meyline, next head out go a short distance east and speak with Pitapita. Next head to Port Lendor South, go inside the Ship Bureau and speak with Director Sugimu. Now head out go Southwest near Monster Strike Force
* Talk to Meyrin in the Alchemy guild in Port Town Lendor - North
HQ and speak with Collection Merchant Chagana. Now head back into Port Town Lendor Stop, enter the Mayor Sigal's Office. Speak with Mayor Sigal. Now head back to Port North Lendor and head east. Speak with Lillian. Now head back to Shirotsume and your done.
* Talk to Pita Pita in front of the church in Port Town Lendor - North
* Talk to Director Sugimu at the Ship Management Bureau in Port Town Lendor - South
* Talk to Chagana in Port Town Lendor - South at D6
* Talk to the Mayor in the Mayors office on the 1st floor or Port Town Lendor's Station
* Talk to Lily Anne in Port Town Lendor - North (G6) to Obtain the Lily Anne Bag
* Return to the station and report to Shirotsume for the rest of your rewards.
::It's worth noting every month there is an npc that spawns that will give you 100 Shop Points each month
