Amber in the Sword Bar requests two items: Amber Berries and an Essence of Night to brew a special drink.
The Amber Berries can be obtained from the cooks in the Kingdom of Arrahaguillo. The Essence of Night can be found in the T. Witch Forest at E-3 on a hill near the Banquet Hall.
After bringing the materials back to Agatha, she instructs you to take the finished drink to Dizel, who is said to be in the Lyana Wasteland training. It's too big to scout on foot, so we should go to the lighthouse at C-6 and look from a higher vantage.
Success, we've spotted him, and after delivering the drink, he begins to open up to us about his past.
Once that's done, let's head back to the Sword Bar in T. Gran Zedora Kingdom and report to Agatha.
