Walkthrough
- Talk to Popope (ポポーペ) in City of Megistris B-2 to receive this quest.
- Speak to Hilpie (ヒルピー) in Glitter Windmill Tower F-3.
- Defeat Baalzebub at Wrinkle Region to obtain Refreshing Soda (さわやかソーダ).
- To go there, follow this rounte: Orphea → Orphea Region West → Wrinkle Region.
- Examine the strange plant at Glitter Windmill Tower Floor 4, C-4. Give it the Refreshing Soda.
- Talk to Popope in City of Megistris B-2 to finish the quest. Now you know the "Cyclone Dance" emote!
