Walkthrough
- Talk to Sarubarita to start the quest. We'll need to defeat 5 Small Ghouls in a certain cave.
- Venture outside of the Megistris City and enter the Megilaza Caves.
- There was a noise outside, check out the cave entrance to be treated to a scene.
- After the event talk to Sarubarita to receive your Coup-de-Grace.
