Walkthrough
- Head to Windmill Way and use the Thief's Key (Quest 37 if you have not gotten the key yet.) to unlock the gate at G6.
- You must defeat Scarab Kings until they drop the Purple Goddess Gem. The closest location to find them will be around F3 on Windmill Way.
- Return and speak to Kilpappo to complete the quest.
NOTE: You can receive the next level cap quest once you reach level 71.
