Quest 33 - メダル・オーナーの悔恨 (Medals and Owner's Remorse)

Location - Entertainment Island Rakkalan (娯楽島ラッカラン) 2nd floor in Medal Owner's House(メダルオーナーの館) E4
NPC - Cranoch the Butler (執事クラノッホ)
Requirement - Lv 15
Initial Reward - Mini Medal Exchange unlocked / Gleeban Gold Piece 
Replay Reward - 2x Gleeban groat
EXP/Fame - 2420P / 26P

• Head to Glittering Windmill Tower (キラキラ大風車塔), and find and talk to an NPC named Lenoch (レノッホ). He is on the second floor of the tower at C4.
• Go back to Rakkalan and talk to Kranoch to clear the quest. This unlocks the ability to trade Mini Medals for a variety of items.

Side Note: Talk to Kracoch and Lanoch after clearing the quest to get a mini medal from both of them.
