Walkthrough
- Talk to Heaven Poet at Voicehalla) in the Underground Lake Cave to receive the quest. (You can use a Bazoom Girl to warp there.)
- Head to Zama Pass and speak to Messenger Galan at D-1 to receive Morgen's Letter. (You can get there quickly by using the Mega Zoomstone to Zama Beacon.)
- Speak to Morgen at the Zama Beacon.
- Return to Voicehalla and speak with Heaven Poet once again.
- Head to the Sky Lake. (You can get there quickly by using a Bazoom Girl to Landon Mountains - Sky Lake under Ogreed Continent).
- Approach the light and say "てんそうしがらん" (tensoushigaran) in nearby chat (white text box).
- Go back to Zama Pass and speak to Messenger Galan again.
- A boss battle will begin.
- After defeating the boss, speak to Messenger Galan once more.
- Go back to Voicehalla and speak with Heaven Poet to complete the quest.
NOTE: You can receive the next level cap quest when you reach level 122.
