Quest 145 - Welcome ♪ Hiyokko-chan (ようこそ♪ひよっ子ちゃん)

Location: City of Megistris
NPC: Minstrel Babe at C-7
Requirement: Tension increasing skill.
Initial Reward: Superstar Unlocked

Speak to the Minstrel in the corner of the Tavern who wants you to be a Superstar. Show her your resounding charisma by defeating a one-eyed mage at the Windmill way Region while Fully Tensed up (100%).

Switch to Martial Artist and make your way to Windmill Way. The mobs are incredibly easy to find, they look like one-eyed, red-robed mages just outside the town's gate. Do what you must, just try not to spill any on yourself.

With the deed done, return to Megistris and speak to the NPC once more. No ceremony, but Congratulations! you can now become a Superstar!
