Walkthrough

Talk to Sasarana to start the quest.
Seems the Grand Titus has heard about the divine organizational skills she possesses, but she's already employed.
Since neither "Adventurer For Hire" nor is "Brave Hero's Ally" a real job, let's go see what's up at the Grand Titus.
Head to Lendor and visit Director Sugimu at the South Station. You're hired on the spot. Amazing.
We're tasked with shuttling BLUE CRATES back and forth. They look just like the one next to Navarro near the entrance to the administration building, which is the one you're in.
Talking to Sugimu again, since he's a Pink Name, gives us more information: The total number of Blue Crates is five. There's two in South Port, two in North Port, and one at the Train Station.
One by one, pick up each crate and bring them back to the blue crate next to Navarro.
Could be a fun scavenger hunt, but if you don't want to look and just get the job done, the locations of the Crates are at the bottom of this page.

Once you get back to Navarro, he'll explain how difficult it is to organize things in the warehouse.
Snap a photograph (yes, with your camera) of the warehouse and take it back to Sasarana and see what she thinks.
The warehouse is on the first floor of the Titus and... they're going to charge us 200 gold even though we're on staff...
Whatever, take a picture and make sure you at least include the blue crate, then zoom back to Luckland.
Sasarana is so good at organizing, she'll identify the problem right away. We need to get a box from her aunt and murder some monsters for their anti-rust plating.
Aunt Matoi is in Kamiharmui. Run in, steal her cherrywood box, say thanks, and hightail it to Daraz Quarry.
At Daraz Quarry, you're after "Hellcatchers" also known as "Masqueraiders". You can find them in the mining pits and especially during daytime. They get scarce if it's night or sandstorming.
With the items in hand, rush back to the Grand Titus and talk to Crane. You've got a VIP badge so no need to drop 200 gold again.
Talk to Sasarana in the cargo hold to give her the goods and to organize the cargo hold.
Talk to Director Sugimu to learn that people don't write nothin' down around here and that's why we needed to call upon Sasarana.
Talk to Sasarana in Luckland at her usual spot to complete the quest.
