Useful Function Quests

Doing these quests rewards the player with some very important items, functions or upgrades. It's adviced to check these quests out as soon as they become available.

Dolboard

These four quests give you the base dolboard and upgrades for it.

• Quest 199 - Ride on Dolboard! (ライドオン　ドルボード！) ➜ Obtain your own dolboard
• Quest 219 - Dolboard Tuning! (ドルボードチューニング！) ➜ Dolboard upgrade: Double dolsoline tank!
• Quest 446 - Dolboard Boost! (ドルボードブースト！) ➜ Dolboard upgrade: Speed boost!
• Quest 552 - Dolboard Origins! (ドルボードオリジン！) ➜ Dolboard upgrade: Triple dolsoline tank! (V4 Required)

Zoomstone

This quest gives you a rewritable zoomstone!

• Quest 35 - The End of the Journey and the Stone of Memory (旅の終わりと記憶の石) ➜ Obtain one rewritable Zoomstone

Mega Zoomstone

The Mega Zoomstone is a special non-rewritable zoomstone that allows you to pick a destination. It mostly registers towns only, with few exceptions like Gerd Strait.

• Quest 447 - Winning! Mega Zoom Stone (当選！メガルーラストーン) ➜ Obtain the Mega Zoomstone
• Quest 455 - Free Campaign to Save Money (お得な無料キャンペーン) ➜ Mega Zoomstone upgrade: Version 2 locations added (V3 Required)
• Quest 495 - The Secret of Lynx (リンクスのヒミツ) ➜ Mega Zoomstone upgrade: Version 3 locations added (V4 Required)

Item Bag Expansion

This questline increases the amount of items you can hold at a time, very useful.

• Quest 36 - Son of a stubborn craftsman (頑固職人の息子) ➜ Item bag upgrade: You can now hold 40 items.
• Quest 174 - Secrets of the Bag Workshop (かばん工房の秘密) ➜ Item bag upgrade: You can now hold 50 items.
• Quest 237 - Father and Son (父と息子) ➜ Item bag upgrade: You can now hold 60 items.
• Quest 329 - The Way of the Bag Maker (かばん職人の道) ➜ Item bag upgrade: You can now hold 70 items.
• Quest 466 - Difficult orders (むずかしい注文) ➜ Item bag upgrade: You can now hold 80 items. (V4 Required)
• Quest 686 - Apprentice's Terms (ガンコ職人の息子) ➜ Item bag upgrade: You can now hold 90 items. (V6 Required)
• Quest 767 - To Those With Full Bags (かばんを持てない者たちへ) ➜ Item bag upgrade: You can now hold 100 items. (V7 Required)

Equipment Bag Expansion

This questline increases the amount of equipment you can hold at a time, very useful.

• Quest 93 - Super Organizing Techniques for Equipment Bags (そうびぶくろ超整理術) ➜ Equipment bag upgrade: You can now hold 75 pieces of equipment.
• Quest 239 - The Inner Secrets of Super Organizing (超整理術の奥義) ➜ Equipment bag upgrade: You can now hold 100 pieces of equipment.
• Quest 379 - Lose Providence (失われた摂理) ➜ Equipment bag upgrade: You can now hold 125 pieces of equipment.
• Quest 467 - How to Organize Your Memories (思い出の整理術) ➜ Equipment bag upgrade: You can now hold 150 pieces of equipment.
• Quest 687 - Organizing Across the Sea ➜ Equipment bag upgrade: You can now hold 175 pieces of equipment. (V2 Required)

Dress-up Doll

This quest grants you a dress-up mannequin for your house.

• Quest 226 - Come, Fashion Master (来たれ　おしゃれマスター) ➜ Obtain one Human Dress-Up Doll

Special Keys

These two quests award you with special keys, needed to open many chests! Incredibly useful.

• Quest 37 - Keymaker's Box (カギ師の小箱) ➜ Obtain the Thief's Key (It opens black chests).
• Quest 279 - Unopened Small Box (開かずの小箱) ➜ Obtain the Great Thief's Key (It opens black locks). (Requires Clearing V2)

Iron Safe

After clearing this quest, you will never have to worry about losing gold upon defeat!

• Quest 448 - In Search of Legendary Armor (伝説の防具を求めて) ➜ Obtain the Iron Safe
